Getting a second opinion starts with one phone call: (302) 651-6600. You don’t need a doctor’s referral. 

We’ll collect information about your child, like their medical history, your concerns and care journey. Generally, we may ask for:

  • Current or expected diagnosis
  • Diagnosing doctor’s name, address and contact information
  • Your address and contact information
  • Health insurance information
  • Results from tests, imaging or lab work
  • Written treatment plans, if available
  • Other records as needed
