Ed Karlovich joined the �þþþþþþþ�Ʒ Foundation Board of Directors in 2024. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), a world-renowned, nonprofit health care provider and insurer.

Gwen MacKenzie is a Senior Advisor with McKinsey and Company in their global health care practice. She also consults with Quick, Leonard, Kieffer in Chicago and teaches emotional intelligence and executive leadership at the University of Michigan.
